Parliamentary Ladies and Gentlemen! The constitution is the fundamental law of the country, and the essence of this law is the protection of life and freedom of citizens, their rights and freedoms?

Unfortunately, I see with regret that you as a deputy for the interests of the power with the political decisions of the parties you represent violate the constitution towards those Albanian citizens capable of serving the state, but you do not have militants and implementers of your political decisions.

It has been three decades since the anti-communist capacities coming from the strata of the politically persecuted are not allowed and promoted in the Constitutional institutions.

During the 34 years, these institutions have been promoted and run by individuals who have served the dictatorship, or have political connections with the dictator Enver Hoxha's regime, and voted by PD&PS. Unfortunately, today all constitutional institutions are run by the privileged of the dictatorship.

But not you, honorable deputies, violate the constitution for the interests of the parties and your own by leaving that constitutional institution without a lawyer for more than 3 years. When you have your personal interests, and those of the Parties you represent, act immediately to choose. How can you, Gentlemen of the government and the opposition, violate the constitution just because a former persecuted political person is running for this post who is not your militant and has been defending human rights and freedoms for 34 years in the field of political persecution, a personality of national proportions who is respected from international institutions for the protection of human rights and freedoms. A personality that is welcomed and honored by His Holiness Pope Francis, in the Vatican, an Albanian Martin Luther King who for 34 years has not been silent about documenting and condemning the crimes of communism and protecting the rights and freedoms of the persecuted Albanian politicians.
