Ekipi ndërkombëtar i arkitektëve dhe dizajnerëve të udhëhequr nga italiani "Luca Curci Architects" dhe britaniku "Tim Fu Design", projektuan qytetin me ndihmën e inteligjencës artificiale. Kështu ata publikuan modelet dhe fotot e para se si do të jetë qyteti i së ardhmes, në të cilin ata besojnë se mund të strehojë rreth 50 mijë banorë.

Vizualisht, ky qytet të kujton filmin fantastiko-shkencor " Elysium " të vitit 2013 me Matt Damon në të cilin e  ardhmja në Tokë është kthyer në një “ferr” për të varfërit ndërkohë që të pasurit jetojnë në një stacion hapësinor që rrotullohet rreth Tokës, i cili është si një utopi teknologjike.
