Kosovo changes trading partners/ Serbian goods fall by 50%

In Kosovo, trading of Serbian goods prevailed, occupying the first place as the largest supplier.

But during 2023, Kosovo has changed its trading partners, causing Serbian goods to drop by 50%.

These figures have been confirmed by the Kosovo Customs, as well as by the Government. Now, Albania is the biggest trader, followed by North Macedonia.

There was also an increase in imports from Germany by 23%, as well as from China by 19%.

Also, it is reported that even in the first months of this year, the trading of Serbian goods has decreased.

The decrease in imports from Serbia is dictated by the security measure, which the Albin Kurti Government decided in June of last year, for the final product./ CNA
