The Tax Administration warns businesses/ Those who do not declare full salaries

The General Directorate of Taxes has warned today that businesses that make changes by reducing the payment list statement and that cancel the declared sales invoices will be investigated.

The Directorate of Taxes has announced that the tax administration is investigating whether employees of its structures are also involved in these phenomena.

We warn all Taxpayers that the Tax Administration has found 2 high-risk phenomena:

1- Tatimpagues, që bëjnë ndryshime me ulje të deklaratës së listëpagesës, me qëllim shmangien e pagesës së kontributeve të sigurimeve shoqërore dhe shëndetësore për punëmarrësit;

2- Tatimpagues, që anullojnë faturat e deklaruara të shitjes, pa u reflektuar këto anullime në Librat e Blerjes së klientëve të tyre.

Bëjmë me dije të gjithë tatimpaguesit se këto ndryshime të pajustifikuara të deklaratave, kryesisht ndryshimi i deklaratës së listpagesës, cënojnë drejtpërdrejt jo vetëm Administratën Tatimore, por edhe Pensionin dhe Shërbimet Mjekësore të punëmarrësit, në bazë të ligjit konsiderohet vepër penale!
