Accusations against Balluk/Who released SPAK's messages?

Accusations against Balluk/Who released SPAK's messages?

In recent days, the media was overwhelmed by the news of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku being charged with violating equality in tenders. Immediately after the news broke and the fact that she would appear before SPAK, the file exploded in the media.

The messages were of various kinds. Some of them were in the files, while some were manipulated.

But it was important for the media to publish as much material from the investigative file as possible.

What stood out was the fact that no one said "where did these documents come from, who produced them?"

No one accused SPAK of publishing these, not the Prime Minister, not the paid commentators and militants of Rilindja, the government, not those "crazy people" who talk about their children's heroes.

The latter were screaming, howling on the screens when Erion Veliaj's file was released, when the latter's wiretaps were released, which were censored by most of the media. There was only one accusation: "SPAK released them, the prosecutors released them. They are using them to blackmail Veliaj." 1001 stupid things with a grin.

When Deputy Prime Minister Balluku's messages came out, we didn't hear analysts making the same accusations.

Why in the case of Mr. Veliaj, when CNA published the wiretaps, SPAK had released them, and now in the case of Erion Veliaj, the accusation is not made that SPAK released them? What is the difference?

We are in the same situation. We simply have different standards of behavior among commentators, analysts, journalists, and the media in general.

The messages came out, they were published, but the media standard is deplorable. Why don't they accuse SPAK again, "who released the materials this time?" Or because the materials went into many hands, because that's how they were distributed by the prosecutor in the case, now you have no one to accuse?

Where did the materials of the investigative file come from?

In fact, the truth is that prosecutor Dritan Prençi has included parts of the wiretaps that were connected between the director of the ARA, Evis Berberi, and the Deputy Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku, in the files of other people that SPAK has indicted, who are members of the Bid Evaluation Commission.

Accusations against Balluk/Who released SPAK's messages?

The question arises: For what reason did Dritan Prençi insert these messages to KVO members, who were not at all part of the actions taken between Berber and Balluk?

What is the reason that the prosecutor has conducted these wiretaps on other defendants who have no connection to the rest of the case?

Either he did it to get them out, or he did it to give them the full file without any purpose.

But, beyond the fact that the prosecutor, perhaps not being professional enough to separate the files and provide everyone with the materials that belong to them, the leak occurred at a different moment. SPAK was not accused either, but remained silent.

From all the data, it appears that the information was supplied to the media, i.e. the leak, by one of the lawyers of the KVO members who have already been charged.

The wiretaps did not come from SPAK.

So, it's very simple.

The wiretaps from SPAK did not come out, just as they did not in the Veliaj case, but this time SPAK was not accused and the lawyers were smart enough to remember that they threw the stone and would hide their hand.

In fact, the scheme is clear. It was one of the lawyers of the KVO members. CNA was able to unravel the scheme. Not to defend anyone, but to show the truth that we have insisted here many months ago that the wiretaps, messages, parts of the files do not come from the prosecutors. But it is the lawyers of their clients, who seek to make noise or use parts of the file for other interests.

This is exactly what happened in the case of Erion Veliaj, when the latter's lawyers communicated with journalists and the materials were published, but then SPAK prosecutors were accused.

Moreover, they have also accused the head of SPAK, Mr. Dumani. Meanwhile, those who release the wiretaps are the defendants' lawyers. And look at the standards. In the "Veliaj" case and the "Balluku" case. When they released Veliaj's wiretaps, it became famous. Now that Balluku's is released, the media is silent.

They do not accuse SPAK prosecutors of releasing the wiretaps. This also shows who directs their distribution from prison and the media, so that they have a standard in the "Veliaj" case, which is shameful and disgusting, and the other case of Ms. Balluku, where they do not accuse SPAK prosecutors, but remain silent about who released the wiretaps.

Now, in the same form, it is the lawyers of the KVO members who are releasing the materials for their own interests, but this time SPAK is not being accused. The first time, the accusations were brought by the prosecutors.

This is the truth about what happens to investigation materials that fall into the hands of the media./ CNA
