"The incinerator of Elbasan under repair"/ Boçi calls on SPAK

The candidate of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Elbasan, Luciano Bocika, stated that SPAK should reopen the investigations regarding the incinerator of Elbasan, as according to Boç, the evidence is evident.

Boçi says that the real cost that citizens pay is 52,000 Lek, while the Municipality of Elbasan claims that it is 25,000 Lek for burning one kilogram of waste.

He also stated that the real cost at the moment is only 9,000 ALL, since not a single kilogram of waste is burned, stressing that the incinerator has been under repair for a year.
