A scandal has come to light from the testimony of an Italian citizen, involved in the case of incinerators.

Gabriele Tarroni Longinotti is the former partner of Alberto Presezzi, the latter a partner in the Tirana incinerator company, as well as administrator and owner of the "Bruno Presezzi" Company.

Longinotti testified that Presezzi bought a second-hand semi-automatic incinerator in the city of Costanza in Romania.

According to the Italian's testimony for the show "Piranhas", Romania had asked to dismantle this incinerator because it was causing a lot of expenses.

“Kompania italiane, ka blerë një incenerator gjysëm automatik, në qytetin e Kostancës në Rumani. Në dorë të dytë. U kontaktuan nga bashkia e Konstancës për të shkrirë një incenerator të përdorur gjysmëautomatik. Të cilin qyteti rumun e kishte instaluar, por ishin më shumë shpenzime se sa fitime. Prandaj u çmontua, dhe kompania italiane u pagua nga bashkia e Konstancës me 75 mijë euro… pra, i kanë paguar për të çmontuar”, është shprehur ai.

Pas riparimit, shtetasi italian pretendon se Presezzi tentoi ta shiste inceneratorin në Zimbabve, por qeveria e Zimbabveve e kuptoi se diçka nuk shkonte dhe refuzoi ta blejë.

Ai theksoi se pikërisht në këtë moment hyn në lojë Shqipëria, e cila u interesua për të blerë inceneratorin.

"Çfarë ndodh? Në mënyrë të habitshme, ky incenerator, që edhe në Afrikë u refuzua, dhe për më tepër ishte bërë një padi ndërkombëtare ndaj këtyre personave, u ble për qindra miliona euro nga qeveria shqiptare. Dhe pastaj, personi që kam njohur dhe i kam folur dy herë, është kryetari i bashkisë Tiranë, ky djalë i ri që shfaqet shpesh në televizion, dhe me të cilin kam folur personalisht, jemi përshëndetur", deklaroi ai.

Sipas Gabriele Tarroni Longinottit, në këtë proces është përfshirë kryebashkiaku Veliaj.
