A citizen has addressed a letter to the Presidency, as she wants to leave her Albanian citizenship. In the response returned by the Presidency, not only is there no solution to the citizen's concern, but the communication is beyond any ethical norm.

This email was published today by journalist Esiona Konomi, who highlights the inappropriate behavior of the Head of State's institution.

" That's all I can tell you. president, come forward yourself.

A few hours after making public the Presidency's response to the citizen, the journalist published another email, where it is claimed that the latter uses indecent language towards the state institution.

Esiona Konomi states that the second email is fake and was created by the Presidency to intimidate her.

She states that in addition to the email not being hers, they also misspelled her name.

" The presidency, instead of dealing with the unprofessional responses of its employee Nancy, and directing the lady to be more careful at work, spends energy to produce such fake emails to intimidate me. You sleep on that side.
