Fire in the building in Tirana/ 40 thousand lek rent bonus for the affected families

The Tirana Municipal Council, which is scheduled to meet tomorrow at 4:00 PM, is expected to approve the provision of immediate financial assistance to families and individuals affected by the fire that broke out on April 14, 2026 in the residential complex in the Dibra Street area in Tirana.

Based on the decision, families that have suffered damage to their homes will benefit from a monthly support of 40 thousand lek, which will be provided until the moment of final settlement in the reconstructed homes.

To benefit from the monthly bonus assistance, citizens must submit to the administrative unit the relevant documentation, which includes an identification document, family certificate, property document, as well as a certificate from the Cadastre proving that they do not own another residence./CNA
