The head of the National Food Authority in Shkodra, Ramir Hadëri, was raped yesterday evening with hard objects.
Today, Haderi has broken his silence and reacted to the incident. Through a post on social media, Haderi writes that neither infidelity nor the barrel of insidious weapons behind his back, nor pressures will stop or weaken his principles to walk uprightly, freely and with a clear conscience.
Haderi has called on the State Police and responsible bodies to investigate the incident and hold the perpetrators accountable.
"I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your solidarity, support, and humanity towards me and my family.
Your messages, calls, and care have been countless. Due to health reasons, I have not been able to respond to all of you in time, but my gratitude is endless.
Shkodra has shown once again that, beyond beliefs or divisions, it knows how to come together when needed. This is the strength and nobility of this city.
Your trust in me is not just support, it is a trust, it is the strength that keeps me going even in the most difficult days. It is a responsibility and a moral obligation to serve this city with dignity, honesty and civic commitment.
Neither infidelity, nor the city of insidious weapons behind my back in the middle of the city, nor various pressures will be able to stop me or weaken my principles to walk uprightly, freely, and with a clear conscience.
Because the wounds are not only in the body, they remain in the soul. But my soul does not bend.
Even in the flowers of my forehead, the treacherous and treacherous hand of the night does not frighten me. They do not frighten me nor defeat me.
After this pain, the backstab after back, I have felt the hand and the heart of my citizens. And this gives me the strength not to fall, not to remain silent, and not to retreat.
My duty to Shkodra is to serve and not give up in the face of evil and threats.
Shkodra has always known how to become a support, a confidant, and a common force for its city, and I, with humility, will continue to follow that path with the same faith and responsibility.
I express my full trust in the State Police and the responsible bodies for fully clarifying this event and bringing its perpetrators to justice, not only for me, but for the citizens themselves.
Shkodra deserves trust.
Shkodra deserves justice.
With humility,
"Yours," Haderi wrote.
