Erotic scandals and the "kamikazes" of the Constitutional Court

The decision given today by the Constitutional Court, where the "kamikazes" of Mayor Erion Veliaj have overthrown Erion Veliaj himself, was not unexpected. It may seem ridiculous, but it happens.

Because there may also be complaints that are contrary to the law, made by incompetent lawyers, or who dream that "kamikazes" can take over the violation of the law. Beyond them, the more delusional who think they are more than ordinary citizens and will do anything to avoid being judged.

The case of appealing the decision of the GJKKO judge, Etleva Deda, which, according to the law, is unappealable, is a fact, but here is what Plarent Ndreca, the SPAK defendant and Veliaj's lawyer, is doing.

These complaints can be called legal errors, legal nonsense, but the cases still go to the Constitutional Court, even though the law does not allow it.

After showing where Erion Veliaj and his lawyers have their hope, they also reveal the "kamikazes", whom we saw in the decision a few days ago, in several other decisions, but who in this specific case had their hands tied and had nothing to do.

Erion Veliaj's "kamikazes" in the Constitutional Court would be called 3+1+1. Sandër Beci, Fiona Papajorgji, Sonila Bejtja, Ilir Toska and Genti Ibrahimi. The latter caught in a heated text message affair that they used and waved in front of his face. What will he find if the messages are made public?

How a person who can be blackmailed for text messages that are routinely circulated on the phones of journalists, people in the legal profession, or politicians can remain on the Constitutional Court is his issue and a matter for our new justice system.

In any democratic country, the publication of those messages would constitute a major scandal, or a person of integrity would resign and go back to work because it is not simply a private matter, but a scandal within the Constitutional Court.

But these "kamikazes" are often joined and separated by Judge Ilir Toska, who in his last decision told us that the decision given by the Supreme Court should be justified by the latter, giving a "victory" to the mayor of Tirana, although he continues to remain in prison.

The strangest of all was the reasoning of Ms. Sonila Bejtja, for whom we have provided six arguments showing that she is in fact a former notary, not a criminalist involved in a debate about the end of her mandate, but who, with a minority decision, had told us that there is no evidence against Erion Veliaj.

In fact, it would be good if Ms. Bejtja were not part of a band of "kamikaze" blackmailers of the mayor of Tirana, as we mentioned in the case of Mr. Gent Ibrahimi, and if she studied the file and analyzed the facts to be clearer with herself so as not to make such shameful decisions.

How is Ajola Xoxa related to Erion Veliaj and the evidence of the NGOs is in the file. The NGOs belong to Ajola, Erion Veliaj as mayor has signed the payment orders for these NGOs.

However, today, in a decision by the Constitutional Court, the mayor's "kamikazes" and their frequent collaborators have dismissed the appeal of the decision of special judge Etleva Deda.

Emphasizing that the issue has not been passed into plenary session and dotting the "i" on Mayor Erion Veliaj's case, saying "Go to trial" that this complaint is not valid.

In fact, it is a three-judge screening panel that has prevented the case from proceeding to a hearing. This panel (whose composition has not yet been made public) ensured the case would not reach Erion Veliaj’s four "kamikazes"—judges who would almost certainly have overturned Etleva Deda’s ruling.

Other rulings clearly show that the Constitutional Court judges—whether acting in groups of 3+1+1-1 or +2—often fail to conduct themselves as the highest institution charged with upholding the country's Constitution; instead, they behave like a pack of "kamikazes" exposed by the Mayor of Tirana.

Erion Veliaj’s entire hope rests on his appeals clearing the screening panel; once that happens, the full bench takes over, and his "kamikazes" swing into action.

Not in vain with such lawsuits that are legal errors or idiocy, to read and reconfirm his suicide bombers one by one, fill out some papers and try to attract attention or to declare defeat victory and to prove his solid group within the Constitutional Court. /CNA
