Reforma Zgjedhore/ Bylykbashi: Financimi i partive, çështje qendrore për integrimin e Shqipërisë në BE

Bashkëkryetari i Komisionit për Reformën Zgjedhore, Oerd Bylykbashi, duke marrë pjesë në tryezën e konsultimit mbi financimin e partive politike, e ka cilësuar këtë çështje si jashtëzakonisht të rëndësishme për integrimin e Shqipërisë në Bashkimin Europian.

Sipas Bylykbashit, transparenca në financimin e partive politike është një element kyç i funksionimit demokratik të vendit dhe një kusht për zhvillimin e demokracisë parlamentare. “Partitë politike janë organizma me rol themelor në formimin e demokracisë parlamentare në Shqipëri”, theksoi ai.

Ai shtoi se financimi i partive duhet të jetë i shëndetshëm, jo vetëm në aspektin e pastërtisë, por edhe të mjaftueshmërisë, duke garantuar një balancë mes transparencës dhe funksionimit të parlamentit demokratik.

“Transparenca është element i domosdoshëm që partitë politike të funksionojnë në mënyrë demokratike dhe të mos ketë korrupsion”, tha Bylykbashi.

Tryeza e konsultimit për financimin e partive synon të vendosë rregulla të qarta dhe transparente, që do të forcojnë besimin e qytetarëve dhe standardet demokratike në Shqipëri./ CNA
