Padi për shfuqizimin e ligjit për

Padia e Koalicionit “Pro Familjes dhe Jetës” për shfuqizimin e ligjit “Për Barazinë Gjinore” do të shqyrtohet në seancë publike nga Gjykata Kushtetuese.

Padia argumenton se ligji dëmton familjen dhe fëmijët. Akil Pano e cilësoi ligjin si “anti-familje” dhe premtoi se do të vazhdojnë betejën për mbrojtjen e familjes dhe lirisë.

“Ky ligji është ligj anti njeri, anti familje, antizot, antiliri, ligji që na kthen mbrapsht në kohë tek ligji për agjitacion propagandë, ligji që pezullonë kulturën, është kundërkulturë, është marksizëm kulturor, nuk është një ligj shqiptar.

Ky ligj duhet të shfuqizohet në Gjykatën Kushtetuese të Republikës së Shqipërisë. Dhe unë dëshiroj t'ju them sot që kjo është një nga betejat e mëdha, është një nga betejat të cilat ne nuk kemi ndërmend të tërhiqemi. Pra, do ta çojmë deri në fund betejën tonë për të mbrojtur familjen, fëmijët, dhe lirinë", deklaronte Akil Pano./ CNA
