"The radical changes in the DP structures are positive"/ Kikia:

Journalist and analyst Mentor Kikia spoke today about the election of the leadership structures in the Democratic Party, a process that took place two days ago.

In a live broadcast with "Kafe Shqeto" on Syri TV, Kikia described the changes as positive because, according to him, they are related to radical changes in all structures of this party.

Among other things, he commented on the involvement of young people, stating that they should climb the career ladder one by one and grow politically gradually.

"Regarding the recent developments in the Democratic Party. Undoubtedly, they are absolutely positive as they are related to radical changes in all structures of this party, with renewal and above all, not just renewal due to changing names, but I like attracting or paving the way for young people. However, here, since I am a bit of a quarrelsome type and cannot remain without making remarks, I think that the involvement of young people should not be done for cosmetics. Let's introduce young people, some guys and girls who are visible, to show the new party. Young people will not have to withdraw from leadership, but young people who are involved in politics will have to climb those career ladders, one by one, climb three, fall two, then climb one again, and during this effort to climb the career ladder they perfect themselves, they grow politically, mature politically and become candidates for leadership. We have seen it unfortunately on both sides, even in "The Socialist Party, even in the Democratic Party, where young people are withdrawn from leadership out of political nothingness, without having any contributions. I am not prejudging here that they are intellectually incapable, but politics is another thing, politics is not a diploma," Kikia said. /CNA
