As expected, Ylli Manjani, Edi Rama's former minister, Fatos Nano's advisor, the great enemy of the government, one of the main people of the LSI, now turned into a vassal of Prime Minister Rama, appears immediately as soon as a fake news story and a manipulation against SPAK prosecutors or justice is produced.

It is known that Manjani is the lawyer of structured criminal groups and their defender, so that he is in an open conflict of interest with prosecutors and judges, but the best thing is when he uses the thesis on what law the stupidity of "you were made to hire an American lawyer" is based.

We do not know what law the stance and stupidity held by Manjani is based on, who in one of his posts says that Erion Veliaj has hired American lawyers and for this reason deserves to be in prison.

This is the stated intention, the argument made in the courtroom by SPAK prosecutors, Dumani, Altin Dumani, and Olsi Dado, and for him it is a very big legal, ethical, and deontological leap.

In fact, the question is very simple: where did Ylli Manjani find the sentence, this sentence that the prosecutors say they said?

Now you're playing the fool, because all you have to do is watch the audio in the same media outlets that released Manjan's reaction and it turns out that this sentence doesn't exist.

On the contrary, the prosecutors said that they lobbied the US for $220,000 against justice, but nowhere is it said, in a single sentence: why did they hire an American lawyer? Nowhere.

Here's what prosecutors Ols Dado and Altin Dumani say: 

"We have been made aware of new elements regarding Article 228 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 163 regarding the conditions for determining the personal security measure, we have been made aware of a lobbying campaign by citizen 1Erion Veliaj in the United States of America, with a funding fund of approximately 221 thousand dollars. From open sources, it is one article, there are many articles, but I would like the court to examine this as evidence. In our judgment, this lobbying campaign, which has reached the highest political and administrative levels of the United States, does not constitute a legal defense for the activity of a political function, aims to delegitimize the bodies that are currently judging the case and shows the defendant's will to avoid the criminal process.

So, protection from the criminal process and not protection in the criminal process seems to be the main goal of the defendant Erion Veliaj during these months of the preliminary investigation, but also of the trial in the preliminary session. For us, it is a very important element that shows the climate created in relation to the Special Prosecution Office, but also with the judge in the preliminary investigation. Let us not forget here that from open sources also, these actors of the justice system, namely prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office, but also judges, have been described as active members of a party that belongs to the opposition in Albania. They have been described as connected, or at least only the prosecutor, with close developmental and constructive interests. This is a situation that creates a climate of influence not only on the justice bodies and even more so we can imagine the effect it creates on the witnesses, but also on the witnesses of justice who are a vital, essential part of this process.

There is no gurgling here, no absurdity. The lawyers have said to lobby, to continue, to do whatever they want. The lawyers have not been mentioned. On the contrary, it has been said that in these lobbyings untruths and accusations against the prosecutors have been said.

And, we are faced with the same fact used months ago, when it was said that Ols Dado and Altin Dumani had said 'filth' to Erion Veliaj. And there was nowhere, not even to this day, to find that "filth" and give it to us.

And today, since they have taken the minutes and released the last session of the security measure for Erion Veliaj, they should release to us where he said "why did he get an American lawyer" or "did you get an American lawyer?"

No, not at all. They said something else. They said that money was paid to lobby against justice.
