According to official data, it turns out that the construction contracts are of the FIDIC type and in principle unchanged, after they were tendered and this contract was signed. For the first segment of the Tirana-Elbasan road, 14 changes have been made.

As for the third segment, seven changes have been made, thus increasing the cost of road construction to a value of 80 million euros, or about 95 million dollars. Road costs, official data

The Tirana-Elbasan road, according to official data provided by National Road Authority, has cost about 450 million dollars. Of which about 14 million dollars, or 12 million euros, has been the value of one kilometer, for 29 kilometers of total road of this project, from Tirana to Elbasan.
