OFFICIAL/ Manaj surprises, transfers to the United Arab Emirates

Rey Manaj has ended his adventure in Turkey and will continue his career in the United Arab Emirates, where he has transferred to the Sharjah team. The Albanian national team striker has signed a two-year contract, valid until the summer of 2027.

Sivasspor accepted the offer of 2 million euros, after initially rejecting a lower amount. Manaj will earn 2.5 million euros per season, while he will also have Fetah Fetahun as a teammate at Sharjah.

During the last season in Turkey, the 28-year-old was one of the championship's top scorers, but ended up being expelled from the team after disagreements with the staff.

In total, he ended his 2-year spell with Sivasspor with 34 goals and 8 assists in 63 matches.
