Heavy blow for France before the start of the World Cup in Qatar!

The reigning World Champions lose the services of one of the squad's attacking talents, Kristofer Nkunku, to injury.

This news was made official a little while ago by the French Football Federation through posts on their profiles on social networks. The 25-year-old from Leipzig will be replaced by Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani.

Nkunku has stood out this season with his appearances with Leipzig, ending up on the "radars" of many big European teams for the January and summer markets.

Currently with the German club in the Bundesliga, the French star has been active in a total of 15 games, scoring 12 goals and not being able to provide any assists.
