The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) has revealed the decisions taken regarding the recent events that occurred in Albanian football.

The suspension of Egnatia captain Albano Aleksi stands out, but also a heavy punishment for Skënderbeu. The Korça team has been sentenced to play two matches without fans.

There is no shortage of penalties in other categories of Albanian football either.

DECISIONS:

KF Egnatia player, Albano Aleksi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activity. In application of articles 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the implementation of the punishment is decided after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.?

KF Skënderbeu, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities for order and safety in the match, as well as for incorrect behavior of spectators, by throwing objects on the playing field and endangering the safety of officials and players of the opposing team, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/a, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek, as well as with the development of 2 (two) matches without the presence of spectators. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

KF Sopoti official, Fatjon Xhafa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards officials and players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activity.

KF Shiroka player, Arsid Gradeci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.

KF Përmeti, for abandoning the valid match of the Third Category National Championship, against KF Skrapari, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/c of ??the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 10%.

KF Shënkolli, for abandoning the valid match of the Third Category National Championship, against FK Skrapari, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/c of ??the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 10%.

Apollo U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-15 Championship against KF Vllaznia U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

KF Egnatia U-18, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Abissnet Superiore U-18, kundër FC Dinamo City U-18, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

KF Pogradeci U-19, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-19, kundër KF Shkodra U-19, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Lojtari i KF Turbina U-16, Abdullah Musta, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

Lojtari i FC Albanet U-16, Rejan Kurti, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

Djelmnia A, U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Shkodër, kundër Bashkimi U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Djelmnia A, U-15, për aktivizimin e lojtarëve që nuk kishin të drejtë të luanin në ndeshjen e vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-15, Zona Rajonale Shkodër, kundër FC Scutari U-15, në bazë të neneve 19/2 dhe 19/4/a të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0.

Rrëzimin e kërkesës së KF Iliria, në lidhje me stadiumin Redi Maloku, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës. 

Kundër vendimit lejohet ankim brenda 3 (tre) ditëve përpara Komisionit të Apelit.
