Pogradec has written history in Albanian women's volleyball, defeating Tirana with a score of 3 to 0 in the fifth game and being declared champion. "I try to give the team good energy and keep the pace up. I feel great, it's my first time winning in a league. Unbelievable, we'll celebrate a lot today," said Bajraktarevi?.

"When I set out to come to Albania I never expected this, but I was blessed with a fantastic group of girls and we did everything for each other. We worked really hard for this, we wanted this. Tirana worked really hard too, but in the end it's only one team that comes out on top," Johnson said.

The team's coach, Besnik Lisha, proudly said Pogradec was prepared for victory.

"We are absolutely prepared to win. The best team won. It has never happened that friendly teams win on the opponent's field, as happened with the finals, but there are good things and this part and the teams are playing the same on every field. This team, Pogradec, is built to be a winner," said Lisha.
