Challenge with Latvia, Albania's striker trains differently

The Albanian national team has held its next training session on the eve of the important qualifying match against Latvia, which will take place on Tuesday, September 9, at the "Air Albania" stadium in Tirana.

Striker Myrto Uzuni trained separately from the rest of the group. The player has felt a discomfort in his right thigh, but according to sources from the red and black staff, it is a precautionary measure and not a serious injury. The aim is for the player not to risk it and to be ready to give his full contribution in Tuesday's challenge.

Meanwhile, several other starting players such as Marash Kumbulla, Jasir Asani and Naser Aliji have not performed maximum loads, to avoid fatigue or any possible physical problems. To complete the group and enable the normal development of training, Silvinjo has brought in several elements from the U-19 National Team.
