Lookman agrees with Inter, but Atalanta raises the "wall"

Ademola Lookman's situation at Atalanta appears to have entered a new phase, after a concrete offer from Inter has emerged. This was confirmed by the Bergamo club's delegated administrator, Luca Percassi, during the presentation of the team's latest approach, Ahanor.

Percassi stated that Lookman's desire to leave the club is no longer a secret, as this has been expressed for some time by the player himself.

Inter are the first club to submit a proposal, offering €42 million, with the possibility of the total amount reaching €45 million if certain bonus conditions are met.

Despite this considerable offer, Atalanta has not changed its stance. The club remains firm on its valuation of 50 million euros for the player's card. Percassi underlined that the pace and values of sales by Atalanta are not determined by other clubs, but only by its directors.

On the other hand, it seems that Inter and the player himself have found common ground on a four-year contract. Lukman has agreed to a deal that would see him earn €4.5m per season, significantly higher than the current €1.8m salary he receives at Atalanta.
