Inter does not repeat Milan, clean victory over Cremonese

Inter continues its excellent form. The Blues triumphed 4-1 over Cremonese, in the match valid for the sixth week in Serie A.

This was Chivu's fifth consecutive win in all competitions. Cremonese, on the other hand, were on a five-match unbeaten run but failed to repeat their early-season surprise against Milan.

The match started off with a bang for the home team. After just six minutes of play, Lautaro Martinez took advantage of Boni's assist to score the first goal. Inter doubled their lead through Dimarco, but after a VAR check, the goal was ruled out for offside. However, the black and blue team did not slow down, constantly threatening Silvestri's goal. In the final minutes of the first half, Boni scored the second goal with a header.

In the second half, Inter continued to control the game. Within minutes of the restart, Boni was the protagonist again, assisting Dimarco's third goal and then setting up Barella, who scored his first goal since December.

Cremonese managed to score the consolation goal in the 87th minute through Bonazzoli, but it did not change anything in the final score. For Inter, this victory moved them up to fourth place in the standings with 12 points, further boosting their morale for the upcoming matches.
