FIFA dënon Serbinë para ndeshjes me Shqipërinë

FIFA ka marrë vendimin për ndeshjen Serbi-Shqipëri, e planifikuar më 11 tetor në stadiumin e Leskovacit.

Federata Serbe e Futbollit është dënuar me mbylljen e pjesshme të stadiumit pas incidenteve që ndodhën në ndeshjen Serbi-Angli në Beograd muajin e kaluar. Në stadium do të lejohen vetëm 6,500 shikues nga 8,136 vende.

Pra, FIFA ka vendosur mbylljen e 20 për qind të kapacitetit të impiantit dhe ka gjobitur Federatën Serbe me 80 mijë franga zvicerane. Ndeshja nuk do të zhvillohet në Beograd për shkak të situatës së tensionuar dhe protestave, me kërkesë të vetë serbëve për ta zhvendosur takimin në Leskovac.

FIFA ka paralajmëruar se çdo incident i mundshëm në këtë takim do të sjellë dënime edhe më të rënda. Shqipëria dhe Serbia barazuan në Tiranë në ndeshjen e parë dhe kjo përballje konsiderohet vendimtare për vendin e dytë në grup, që çon në “play-off” të Botërorit 2026.
