Discipline reveals decisions, Superiore captain and two others pardoned at

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has revealed the decisions taken regarding events in Albanian football.

At Egnatia, Taulant Guma and Julian Brahja, who were suspended for five matches, have been pardoned. The same goes for Teuta captain Blerim Kotobelli, who has returned to the team's disposal.

In the Third Category, Tirana B won 3-0 on the table, the match against Bulqiza.

FULL DECISIONS:

KF Bulqiza, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in the valid match of the Third Category National Championship against KF Tirana B, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.

The official of KS Korabi U-17, Erblin Laci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from activity.

Kamza 07, U-14, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional Zone, against Dinamo U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

AF F.Shehu, U-13, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against AF Argjiro U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

AF Argjiro U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against KF Përmeti U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

AF Dea U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against KF Tepelena U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

AF Elbasani Girls U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the Girls Championship, against FK Bylis Girls U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

Acceptance of the request of the KF Egnatia official, Julian Brahja, submitted in support of articles 67 and 74 of the KDE, for the review of Decision No. 34, dated 18.03.2026, of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, by amending point 6 thereof and deciding to suspend the implementation of the disciplinary measure of 5 (five) match suspension, as well as placing the official on a probationary period of 6 (six) months from the date of this decision.

Acceptance of the request of the KF Egnatia official, Taulant Guma, submitted in support of articles 67 and 74 of the KDE, for the review of Decision No. 34, dated 18.03.2026, of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, by amending point 7 thereof and deciding to suspend the implementation of the disciplinary measure of 5 (five) match suspension, as well as placing the official on a probationary period of 6 (six) months from the date of this decision.

Acceptance of the request of the KF Teuta player, Blerim Kotobelli, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

The rejection of the request of FC Luminesen, Sunday League, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
