Besiktas decides on Asllan, a new team is needed

Kristjan Asllani's future at Besiktas appears to be coming to an end, following the Turkish club's decision not to exercise the option to purchase his card.

The Albanian national team midfielder was transferred from Inter on loan in January, but his performances have not convinced the club's leaders from Istanbul.

According to Turkish media, Besiktas does not want to pay around 12 million euros, the figure set by Inter for the player's transfer.

The elimination in the semi-finals of the Turkish Cup and the trophyless season have affected the club's financial strategy. Besiktas aims to reduce expenses and review the sports project for the next season. Asllani is expected to end his adventure in Turkey in two weeks and return to Italy.
