Barça-PSG at Camp Nou? UEFA to decide

Barcelona has officially announced that the second round Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain will take place at the "Montjuic" stadium.

The Catalan club has yet to receive the green light from UEFA to use the Spotify Camp Nou, which is currently undergoing renovations. The main reason is the lack of security clearance required for international matches.

As a result, the October 1st match against the European champions will be played at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium. According to Spanish media, the September 28th league match against Real Sociedad will also take place at the same facility, as La Liga uses different criteria, but the situation remains the same.

Barcelona had hoped that after their victory over Newcastle in England, a return to Camp Nou would happen sooner. However, a return to their traditional stadium will have to wait a few more months as the club continues to work to obtain all the necessary permits.
