Special clause, United cannot fire coach Amorim

Manchester United are going through a difficult period at the start of the Premier League season, with just one win, one draw and two losses after four weeks.

The team's performance under Ruben Amorim has raised serious doubts, as improvements are few and far between. Despite the pressures, the Portuguese remains on the bench, mainly for financial reasons.

His contract includes a £12m release clause, which expires on November 1, 2025. This is a major obstacle to an immediate decision.

However, the names of potential successors have begun to circulate. According to British media, candidates include Oliver Glasner, Unai Emery and Andoni Iraola. The situation remains unclear and closely linked to the team's performance in the upcoming matches.
