The Democratic Party held presidential elections yesterday in 8 of its branches. Specifically, elections were held in Tirana in units 3, 5 and 10 as well as in the branches of Kruja, Devoll, Kurbin, Puka and Rrogozhina.
In Rrogozhina, Ilir Kasa was declared the winner, with 328 votes, competing against Nazmi Totraku. The latter managed to secure 189 votes, out of a total of 517 voters in the Rrogozhina branch.
As for the capital, in branch number 3 in Tirana, Gëzim Demushi was confirmed in office, while in branch 10, Andi Deliu was declared the winner.
In the Democratic Party branch in Devoll, Elvis Hajderlli was elected chairman with 357 votes out of 554 voters in total./CNA
