The Constitutional Court's Decision on Parliamentary Committees/ Taulant

The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, reacted just minutes after the Constitutional Court repealed the changes to the Parliamentary Committees. 

 Balla, through a post on social media, states that he finds no connection between the right of the Assembly to organize its work in permanent committees and today's decision of the Constitutional Court.

"I cannot find any connection between the right of the Assembly to organize its work in permanent committees and today's decision of the Constitutional Court. I await with great curiosity the full decision to understand the issue of the "right of expression", when it is a fact that the deputies have voted and have clearly expressed their will by vote. However, I think that the Assembly of Albania should continue its work with the current division of Committees, which will have to be re-established together with other changes that, as I announced at the beginning of the session, we will submit in the coming days", Balla writes. /CNA
