Violation of the Assembly's regulations/ Peleshi excludes Agron Shehaj from the session

The Speaker of the Albanian Parliament today communicated to MP Agron Shehaj the disciplinary measure of exclusion from the plenary session being held this Wednesday.

This measure was given due to violating the rules in the Assembly regarding the right to speak and obstructing colleagues, while at that moment Deputy Minister and Minister Belinda Balluku was speaking.

"Mr. Shehaj, I am giving you a warning based on Article 64, point 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly for repeated violation. You cannot speak at this moment, this is not a café. If you continue to disrupt the session, you will receive a disciplinary measure, according to the rules. You have received two passes and if you continue, you will receive a third measure for removing the floor. Mr. Shehaj, you are disrupting the session and preventing colleagues from speaking. Then, your right to speak is revoked and you are excluded from the session", said Peleshi. /CNA
