“Nuk kisha projektuar një karrierë politike”/ Berisha flet për lëvizjet e 1990

Kryetari i PD-së, Sali Berisha në një intervistë në emisionin ?Opinion?, ka folur për lëvizjet e 1990 që ndanë dy epoka. Berisha është shprehur se pavarësisht angazhimit të tij në këtë lëvizje, ai asnjëherë nuk e kishte planifikuar më parë që të kishte një karrierë politike

?Nuk kisha projektuar një karrierë të ardhshme politike. Unë nuk mendoja se do kishte ndryshime, por kisha vendosur të bëja atë që unë  konsideroja jetike për dinjitetin tim. Nuk punoja unë për politik. Çdo delegacion i huaj që vinte kërkonim që ta takonim. Kurse për mua kishin një përgjigje ai nuk gjendet, është përgjigje zyrtare nga ministria e Jashtme. Unë kam takuar kongresmen me Grams Pashkon. Gramosi ishte i hapur. Gramosin kam kërkuar ta takoj pas intervistës në Zërin e Amerikës, takimi ynë i parë ka qenë në hotel Dajtin?, tha Berisha. /CNA
