Rama publishes BTI report: Albania first for political transformation in Southeast Europe

Prime Minister Edi Rama was faced with a flood of comments on the social network "Facebook" this Saturday morning.
This is because in a post on the BTI report, Rama accompanied it with a map of Southeast Europe, where the territory of the Republic of Kosovo had delineated borders.
This was enough for commentators to explode into numerous criticisms of how an Albanian prime minister could question Kosovo's sovereignty.
