The Vice President of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, in his speech in Parliament, said that the majority is delaying everything by hiding behind procedures.

Boçi stated that the Socialists are seeking to modify the procedures in their own interest.

Further, Boçi stated that MP Nallbati is absent from the hall because he was hit by the police, whom he calls the majority police.

The Democratic Vice President requested an urgent meeting of the Mandates Council at SPAK's request.

 

"You all cower and delay everything after the procedures. Keep a SPAK request in the Mandates Council. A request that is actually Rama's immunity. Ask to modify the procedures in your interest.

Deputy Nallbat is missing from this hall because he was beaten by your police.

"RENEA arrests teenagers, hits opposition MPs. In front of the Parliament, the officers were the ones who turned on the protesters. This Parliament must be closed and the Mandates Council convened immediately. The Constitutional Court's justification has failed ," said Boçi.
