Unusual / Belind Këlliçi is being prosecuted for the February 10

Democratic Party MP Belind Këlliçi has reacted to the police announcement and media reports that he was released after yesterday's protest.

Proceedings for the offenses of resisting police and inciting minors to commit a crime.

But there is something unusual about this proceeding: MP Belind Këlliçi was prosecuted without being part of the protest at all.

As he himself announced in his response, Këlliçi is in the United States of America, where he met with Albanian-American prosecutor Robert Lulgjuraj.

In his reaction, Këlliçi writes that this unusual action of his, not being part of the protest, proves Ilir Proda's political target.

Further, Këlliçi says that they are keeping the file against him for the February 20 protest, in which he will be on the front lines.

Këlli?'s statement

While I was meeting my friend Robert Lulgjuraj at the "Mother Teresa" Cultural Center in Michigan, the Albanian-American prosecutor running for the US Congress under the Republican Party, I learned that the State Police in Tirana, led by organized crime soldier Ilir Proda, had processed and taken me under investigation for organizing the protest and leading the clash with law enforcement officers!!!

This proves the political target that the drug lord and gang servant, Proda, has ready, who, despite being abroad and an ocean away, is sending me letters to the prosecutor.

I tell Proda and his boss, the head of the drug lord Edi Rama, to save the file for the February 20 protest, because I will be there, on the front lines, together with the democrats and citizens who do not accept corruption and crime as the norm, as a rule, as order.

Proud of every democrat and citizen who faced unprecedented police violence yesterday, and I call on every Albanian, on February 20th, to take to the streets, not for political parties, but for the homeland, for our national flag.

PS: Beyond the banality produced by the state led by Edi Rama, I take this opportunity to invite every Albanian in the state of Michigan and everywhere else, to support Robert Lulgjuraj with every opportunity, in this historic chance for an Albanian to sit in the American Congress./CNA
