"Justice today like the government of 1912"/ Rama: We are in a

Prime Minister Edi Rama has compared justice today to the government of 1912, describing it as a system with great political power and little self-control.

Rama said that according to the Council of Europe, Albania ranks second after Russia in terms of the ratio between convictions and acquittals.

Further, the Prime Minister stated that the position Albania is in today towards integration is thanks to SPAK and its past and current leaders.

Regarding SPAK, Rama said that no one can compete with the motivating words that he himself has said regarding the Special Structure.

" Justice today is like the government of 1912, with great political power and self-control that ranges from 0-4. According to the Council of Europe, we are second, after Russia, in the ratio between convictions and innocence. The paradox is that thanks to us, a transformation is taking place in Albania that will go down in history as epochal, with a new and independent justice system, but which has taken up the sword of war with our blessing, our government is relentlessly criticized as the most corrupt. And Albania is relentlessly smeared as the most criminalized.

"There is no question for me that today we are in a different position in relation to the future, thanks to SPAK. I do not believe that I have a competitor for encouraging words towards SPAK, for the past leader and I hope for the current one," said Rama./CNA
