The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said today that this Friday's protest gathers citizens from all over the country in a peaceful uprising.

In a conference with journalists from the blue headquarters, Beriusha emphasized that Albanians will gather in front of the Prime Minister's Office to defend their most vital interests that are being violated by the government led by Edi Rama.

"Today at 7:00 PM, the citizens of Tirana and all of Albania rise up in their most powerful peaceful uprising that Albania has ever known. They rise up against the violence, the terror of the regime, the drug clans, the political police of the patronage, their threats. They rise up to protect the most vital interests of themselves and the Albanian citizens. They rise up to protect dignity and honor, against a serious aggression by a criminal organization headed by Edi Rama", said Berisha. /CNA
