Democrat Ilir Alimehmeti said that with the way he is acting, Prime Minister Edi Rama resembles the dictator Enver Hoxha, who had all the power in his hands.  

Invited to A2 CNN, Alimehmeti focused on several issues, on which he said Rama has intervened.

According to Alimehmet, Rama's actions and speeches are completely separate.

"This is done just like Enver Hoxha, who said "we are without food here, we are all on tents, but they don't have any either".
