The postponement of the decision by the Constitutional Court on Balluk is one of a series of procrastinations by Edi Rama to gain time.

The matter before the Constitutional Court, initiated by the Prime Minister, following SPAK's request for Balluk's suspension from office, is not so complicated as to take so much time.

There is no doubt that the delay comes from the pressure that Edi Rama is exerting on this institution. This delay shows the pressure that he is exerting, the great weight that he has placed on them. And this confirms the Prime Minister's predicament, not his constitutional concern.

Edi Rama's sleep is disturbed by the narrowing loop of the BKH approaching him, which is knocking on the Prime Minister's door, and not the constitutional balance of powers.

If he himself had not been implicated in the Balluku affair, Rama's lawsuit in the Constitutional Court would never have been filed.

Therefore, after every impasse, difficulty, or delay of this Court, only one thing stands out: the portrait of Edi Rama and his plight.

We will certainly have another delay and time-saving tomorrow at the Council of Mandates and Rules of Procedure in the Assembly, where SPAK's second request for stronger measures against the Deputy Prime Minister, the defendant who was caught threatening witnesses, will be reviewed.

The delay there has been going on for 2 months. Unprecedented.

There will probably be a delay tomorrow as well. And after that, every citizen of this country can clearly see the face of Edi Rama and his great predicament.

Of course, if he had not been implicated in the tunnel, Ring Road, and many other tenders, Balluk's immunity would have been granted.

If he weren't involved himself, Rama would be the lover of justice. Since the investigation goes to him, here he reveals his true nature as a ruler who obstructs justice.
