No one should forget history!

Albania is no longer a hidden country in international relations, isolated and surrounded by border states that once aimed to destroy it.

But, no one should forget history.

The history of Albania is rich in great political and historical figures, who are still not fully recognized by the Albanians themselves and by world historiography:
Queen Teuta, Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, Ali Pasha Tepelena, Ahmet Zogu, Enver Hoxha, all of these figures are an important part of Albanian historical documentation.

Three great empires have attempted to curb the development of Albanians, but there has been one – the Byzantine Empire, which, at some periods, has been led by figures of Albanian origin.

Over the centuries, there have been continuous efforts to assimilate Albanians and to eradicate the Albanian language. But today, Albanianness and the Albanian language are flourishing in three Albanian states, in three major educational and cultural centers: Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. In these countries, the Albanian language is taught, preserved, and developed at all levels of education, up to universities.

Meanwhile, everyone is also waiting for Chameria because the hope and belief is that Chameria will soon be a natural part of the Albanian nation.

But, the question that arises today is:
Does American politics know and understand what the creation of the Albanian state of Chameria would represent for Albania-US political history?

Here we stand. But political, legal, and historical opinion is that both American politics and its historiography are clear on this issue.

Then, another question arises:
What about Albanian politics, in Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia, does this issue have a clear political, historical, and national function?

Signs indicate that yes, Albanian politics is aware of this. However, public and international acts that would fully concretize this opinion and strengthen the national leadership in this direction are still lacking.
