Një kompani koreane ndërtimi po i paguan punëtorët e saj pothuajse 70,000 euro sa herë që lindin një fëmijë, me shpresën se kjo do të ndihmojë në zgjidhjen e problemit të nivelit të ulët të lindjeve në vend, raporton Euronews. 

Kompania tashmë ka paguar një shumë totale prej 4.8 milionë eurosh për punonjësit që kanë lindur fëmijë që nga viti 2021, duke përfshirë dy familje me dy fëmijë që morën 138,000 euro secila. 

"Nëse gjendja aktuale e niveleve të ulëta të lindjeve vazhdon, ne do të përballemi me një krizë ekzistenciale kombëtare siç është rënia e fuqisë punëtore dhe mungesa e fuqisë punëtore mbrojtëse të nevojshme për sigurinë kombëtare," tha Joong-keun Lee, themeluesi i Booyoung Group, në një takim të stafit sipas në një deklaratë për shtyp.

Koreja e Jugut ka shkallën më të ulët të lindshmërisë në botë me rreth 0.7 lindje për grua pjellore, sipas Institutit të Popullsisë së Gadishullit Korean për të Ardhmen.

Ekspertët thonë se arsyet përfshijnë ndryshimin e pikëpamjeve për familjen, një shoqëri shumë konkurruese, koston e lartë të rritjes së fëmijëve dhe përfshirjen e ulët të burrave në kujdesin ndaj fëmijëve./CNA
