Attempted to cross while being searched/ 51-year-old arrested at the Hani i Hoti border crossing

He attempted to leave Albania while he was wanted, and was captured by the Border Police services. The 51-year-old man  

As a result of increased controls by the services of the Shkodra Local Directorate for Border and Migration, at border crossing points, based on information provided by police intelligence, citizen FH, 51 years old, resident of the village of Vrakë, was arrested at the exit from the Republic of Albania, at the Hani i Hotit border crossing point.  

This citizen was declared wanted after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense of "Aid for illegal border crossing".

The 51-year-old was handed over to the Police for further action. /CNA
