A 41-year-old man was arrested red-handed in the village of Voskop, Korça, for selling narcotics.

Citizen N. Dh., alias MK, was arrested as part of a police operation codenamed "Pollena".

During the operation, suspected cocaine-type narcotics were seized.

Narcotics Investigation Specialists, continuing their work to crack down on criminal activity in the field of narcotics production and sale, based on information received through operational channels, regarding a citizen distributing narcotics, finalized the police operation codenamed "Pollena".

As part of the operation, citizen N. Dh., alias MK, 41 years old, resident of the village of Voskop, Korça, was captured and arrested in flagrante delicto.

During the search conducted at the premises used by this citizen, in the village of Polena, Korça, a quantity of suspected cocaine, divided into doses ready for sale, was found and seized as material evidence.

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, work continues on the complete legal documentation of this citizen's criminal activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action. /CNA
