Hit brother with a knife during a conflict/ 73-year-old arrested in Malësia e Madhe

A 73-year-old man was arrested after he stabbed his brother with a sharp object during a conflict over weak motives.  

The services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat, yesterday, after receiving notification that citizen HK had been sent to the Shkodra hospital for treatment, immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the case. 

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that citizen HK, 62 years old, was injured in the head after being hit with a cutting tool, such as a knife, by his brother, citizen CK, during a conflict over weak motives. 

Following the actions, citizen CK, 73 years old, resident of the village of Gruemirë-Çezme, was captured and arrested. The cutting tool (knife) was seized as material evidence.

The HK citizen continues to be under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life.  

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
