The police have found an arsenal of weapons in the village of Vilëz in Tirana. It is learned that in the apartment of the 50-year-old with the initials DV, grenades, pistol grips and Kalashnikovs, military ammunition, a pistol and a hood as a mask were seized.

The work for the capture of the 50-year-old continues.

Services of Police Station No. 4, maximum commitment within the nationwide operation "Rule of Law", for cracking down on criminal activities in the field of illegal possession of weapons and bringing to the fore the criminal responsibility of the citizens who possess them.

Grenades, handgun combs and Kalashnikov, combat ammunition, pistol and a hood as a mask are seized.

The 50-year-old man who kept them in the apartment is wanted.

Services of Police Station No. 4, following the work to guarantee the rule of law in the territory, after the information received that in the village of Vilëz, a citizen was carrying explosive weapons and other illegal items in the apartment, they organized the work within the nationwide operation "The Rule of of the law" and as a result they exercised control in the apartment of the citizen DV, 50 years old, resident in the village of Vilëz, Zall Bastar.

During the search in the 50-year-old's apartment, the police services found and seized a pistol, four grenades, pistol combs, Kalashnikov combs and military ammunition, which this citizen allegedly possessed. The work for his capture continues.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions. / CNA
