The police released the footage from the arrest of the 83-year-old man, who fired a gun yesterday evening at a parked car in Shkodër, where he endangered the lives of passers-by.
The citizen with the initials FH resisted when the police called on him to surrender.
He did not obey the calls of the blues, but entered the apartment, closed the door and threatened the officers with murder, in case they entered the apartment.
