Accident on the Kavaja-Rrogozhina axis/ Pedestrian dies

A road accident occurred this evening on the Kavajë-Rrogozhinë road. According to information, a vehicle hit a pedestrian who died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle, citizen RQ, 39 years old, has been escorted to the police station. The police are working to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.

At around 20:15, on the Kavajë-Rrogozhinë road, near the Gosa overpass, the vehicle driven by citizen RQ, 39 years old, hit an unidentified pedestrian.

As a result of the injuries sustained, the pedestrian died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the police station for further action.

The investigation team, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is at the scene and is working to identify the citizen who lost his life, as well as to clarify the circumstances and cause of the accident.
