Accident with one victim in Durrës/ Police provide details

The police have given details about the accident recorded this evening in Durrës.

Blutu informs that specifically the accident happened around 18:45, on the "Rini-Shenavlash Sector" road axis.

The 31-year-old with the initials RK collided with the pedestrian with the initials Gj with his vehicle. D., about 52 years old.

Unfortunately, the pedestrian lost his life as a result of the accident, while the car left the road and ended up in a canal.

From preliminary information, the causes of this tragic accident are not yet known.

"Around 6:45 p.m., on the "Rini-Shenavlash Sector" road axis, a vehicle driven by citizen RK, 31 years old, hit the pedestrian citizen GJ. D., about 52 years old, who died as a result.

The investigative group is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident," the police statement said./ CNA
