RENEA parandalon ngjarjen kriminale/ Arrestohet 41-vjeçari, qëlloi me armë drejt banese

RENEA në bashkëpunim me policinë e Kurbinit kanë parandaluar një ngjarje kriminale.

Policia ka arrestuar shtetasin R. M., rreth mesnatës, është konfliktuar për motive të dobëta, në ambientet e një lokali, me shtetasin C. H., 60 vjeç.

Më pas ky shtetas ka marrë armën e zjarrit, në banesën e tij, ka qëlluar me të, në drejtim të banesës së 60-vjeçarit, me pasojë vetëm dëme materiale, dhe është larguar në zonën e pyllëzuar të fshatit Malbardhë, Kurbin, për t’u fshehur.

Si rezultat i kërkimeve dhe ndjekjes së kryer gjatë natës, pa ndërprerje, në territorin e fshatit Malbardhë, shërbimet e Policisë kapën dhe vunë në pranga shtetasin R. M., 41 vjeç, banues në këtë fshat. Gjithashtu, gjetën në këtë zonë dhe sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale, armën e zjarrit pushkë, me të cilën qëlloi 41-vjeçari.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit te Përgjithshëm Lezhë, për veprime të mëtejshme, për veprat penale “Vrasja me dashje”, mbetur në tentativë dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”./ CNA
