The injury in Fier / The police issue an official announcement, how the incident

The police reacted in connection with the shooting in Fier, where one person was injured.

The Blues inform that the 26-year-old approached the police officers with his "Volkswagen" vehicle and had a conflict with them, after trying to cross the blocked road.

He punched the officer with the initials DB in the face and the latter wounded him in the leg with the service weapon.

Police notification:

Around 19:20, in the place called "Ish Globi", in the center of the planned city with services, the Police services had blocked a road segment for the development of a concert.

Citizen D. B, 26 years old, driving a "Volkswagen" type vehicle, approached the Police officers and tried to enter the blocked road.

Police officers did not allow him to enter the security perimeter and at that moment the citizen DB got out of the vehicle and punched him in the face, causing serious injuries to his face and mouth.

Inspector Sh. J., in the conditions of self-defense, shot with the service weapon, injuring citizen DB in the leg

Immediately after receiving the notification, the Police services intervened and immediately sent the DB citizen to the hospital for medical assistance, who is out of danger.

In the meantime, he was accompanied to the hospital for medical assistance and the police officer, citizen Sh. J. and after receiving medical aid was accompanied to the Police Station for further action.

All actions are being carried out by the Police Supervision Agency under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office to avoid conflict of interest.
